Services

STACK-UP provides digital services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI automation, video editing, and digital marketing services.

Project Agreements

Each project will be governed by a separate agreement outlining scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables.

Payments

• Projects require an advance payment before work begins.
• Remaining payment is due upon project completion or according to agreed milestones.
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Projects include a limited number of revision rounds as defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Limitation of Liability

STACK-UP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Third-Party Tools

Projects may involve third-party tools, platforms, or hosting services. STACK-UP is not responsible for issues caused by those external services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement if the other party fails to meet agreed obligations.
